A distinctive feature of our consultancy is that we are hands-on and are familiar with the challenges you may be facing. ArtProjects and Solutions will listen to you and get to know your organisation. We are happy to work on short one-off projects, or over an extended period. We find that many clients maintain an ongoing relationship with the consultancy.
We pride ourselves on our many years experience of working with both national and international cultural sectors as programmers, producers, managers and advisors.
From our core team, we assign one lead consultant to each client for continuity and effective communication. The lead consultant manages the specific project and the assigned ArtProjects and Solutions team. We also draw on specialist input from our wider Associate team as appropriate. In this way, we are able to field a team of experts that offers a breadth and depth of skills and knowledge, whilst ensuring consistent and clear personal contact.
